Alley 51 Art Mural
After two months in the making, I’m thrilled to finally be able to share my latest collaboration with Alley 51, an Asian food mall inside Super G International Supermarket in Pineville North Carolina.
Super G is one of our favorite International supermarkets in the area, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to create this piece for them.
The mural spans an impressive 14 ft x 11 ft (4.2 meters x 3.3 meters), making it the largest Art mural I’ve worked on so far. It showcases all 11 food stalls in Alley 51, each of which I visited, ate at, and sketched on-site. The mural also features a drawing of Super G’s exterior, their Akihabari game corner, and a directory map tying everything together.
Every element was a joy to draw (and taste!). Working on something of this scale was both challenging and rewarding, and I’m genuinely happy with how it turned out.
